Sparkling training – Training each tutor to be a super tutor
All of our tutors get person-oriented training. This develops all of their skills, from academic lesson planning and pupil confidence building to detailed knowledge on each 11+ exam in their area. They will also acquire a deep understanding of the techniques necessary to support SEND students in the most effective ways.
Each tutor will also have direct conversations with the educational specialists regularly, as they mentor each student.
