With over nine years of teaching and tutoring experience, I have taught in the English and SEND departments of a leading independent senior school, alongside tutoring a wide range of subjects for children aged 2–16. I co-founded Sparkling Minds Tuition in Oxshott and previously managed a tuition centre under an award-winning educational brand, growing the student base to over 100 within a year.
My passion for education extends to supporting SEND students, offering tailored one-to-one homeschooling and assisting with EHCP plans. I believe deeply in building confidence, fostering resilience, and ensuring that every lesson is both inspiring and academically rigorous. Many of my students consistently achieve two grades above their predicted levels, reflecting my commitment to high standards and bespoke academic support.
Over the years, I have supported countless students in securing offers and scholarships to some of the UK’s most prestigious schools, including Eton College, Wellington College, Epsom College, St John’s School, City of London Freemen’s, King’s College Wimbledon, Reed’s, Kingston Grammar School, Tiffin School, and Nonsuch High School for Girls.
Having attended Wimbledon High School, I understand the expectations of top independent and grammar schools and the preparation required to reach those levels. My approach blends creativity, structure, and empathy – drawing on both my First-Class BA (Hons) in Acting from St Mary’s Twickenham University and my CIPD diploma in Human Resources Practice. Beyond education, I am an award-winning film director, having received the Outstanding Achievement Award (First Time Director – Female) at the Indie Short Film Festival LA. This creative background informs my teaching style, helping me inspire students to communicate with confidence and think critically.
From tutoring to leadership, I bring a holistic, motivational, and forward-thinking approach that prioritises growth, curiosity, and achievement in every learner.
