1. Parents need to complete an online registration form found on the school’s website: https://www.charterhouse.org.uk/admissions/registration-details and pay a £420 registration fee.
2. Children then sit the ISEB Common Pre-Test during the Autumn Term of their Year 6
3. Interview, creative writing assessment and engaging group activities. This section is designed to allow the school to get to know the candidates.

1. ISEB Pre Test assesses your child’s skills in English, maths, verbal reasoning and non verbal reasoning. The exam focuses on problem solving, vocabulary and arithmetic skills
2. Creative writing paper assessed your child’s writing skills. Marks will be given for effective use of imagination, structure, purpose, organisation, coherence, sentence construction and punctuation.

No, Charterhouse School does not have a catchment area. Instead, entry is determined on 11+ test scores.

Charterhouse School offers a limited number of scholarships: Academic (The Foundation Scholarship), Art & Textiles, Performing Arts, Dance, Drama, Design Engineering (DE), Music and Sports.
